Water cuts on Dec 8,9

Large parts of the K West and H West wards in the western suburbs will face a 100 per cent water cut on December 8 and 9 owing to pipeline repair work to be undertaken by the hydraulic engineering department of the BMC.

The work of replacing a 1,350-mm valve below the flyover at N S Phadke Marg,Andheri (West) will be taken up around 11 am on December 8 and is expected to be completed by 11 am on December 9. There will be no water supply to Parle (West),Juhu Gaonthan,JVPD Scheme on December 8. The supply to Four Bungalow,Moragaon,Iskon Temple in K West Ward will be at low pressure. On December 9,there will be no water supply to Bandra,Khar (West) and Santacruz (West) in H West Ward and to Juhu Koliwada in K West ward. Supply to S V Road,Veera Desai Marg,Amboli,Kewni Pada and Azad Nagar,will be at low pressure.
