Suburban services on Western Railway (WR) were running half-an-hour late Tuesday after an Overhead Equipment (OHE) failure was reported on the Up fast line near Jogeshwari railway station at 11am. According to a WR spokesperson, services were delayed by 20-25 minutes. The fault was rectified at 12.15 pm
