Producer Dinesh Vijan to turn screenwriter-director with a rom-com.

As a partner at Illuminati Films with Saif Ali Khan,Dinesh Vijan has proved himself in the capacity of a producer,backing successful films such as Love Aaj Kal and Go Goa Gone. He is also the man with an ear for music and often credited for the chartbusting tracks of the films. But Vijan doesnt wish to limit his role to production and marketing as far as making cinema is concerned. The 36-year-old has penned a romantic comedy,which he hopes to direct soon. Illuminati will be producing it and Vijans first choice for the lead actor is,of course,his partner and friend. Dinesh will be narrating to me his script in a few days. Well be taking it forward from there, said Khan.

Meanwhile,Vijan is tied up with the production of Homi Adajanias Finding Fanny Fernandes,which,Khan says,is his partners initiative entirely. Illuminati is currently looking at producing films by Saket Chowdhary and Kunal Deshmukh while Khan might soon sign Mohit Suris next.
