‘400 seats to change Constitution’: Sharad Pawar
NCP (SP) president Sharad Pawar on Sunday said the intention behind BJP raising the slogan of “Ab Ki Bar, 400 Paar” is to change the Constitution drafted by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar. Addressing an election rally at Saswad for daughter Supriya Sule, Pawar said, “I am worried the way Narendra Modi and his colleagues are running the country.
Elections to Zilla Parishads, Nagar Panchayats and civic bodies are not being held. In future, they might not even hold Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. The BJP is aiming at ‘400 paar’ with the intention to change the Constitution.”
