Police arrest three who stole cellphones of SRK fans

The Bandra police on Friday arrested three youths for allegedly stealing mobile phones of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s fans who turned up to wish him on his 58th birthday outside the actor’s residence, Mannat, on Thursday.

Nine mobile phones have also been recovered from them. Jamnaprasad Gadhwal, Mohammed Ali Syed and Imran Bhusawal were arrested by the Bandra police after following leads from the CCTV footage of the spot and nearby areas, the police said.

On Thursday Bandra police had filed two FIRs after 17 fans approached them with a complaint alleging their mobile phones were robbed in the crowd of hundreds gathered outside Mannat.
