This week in Mumbai: Indulge in royal flavours of Murshidabad, watch a mesmerising Kutiyattam performance

Till Sunday, the feat curated by him will include dishes like Desi Ghee ki Nihari, Murgir Korma, Kolkata Gosht Pulao, Paneer Subz Seekh, Subziyon Ke Tahiri, Bhindi Lazeez, Dal and Paneer Badami Korma. What clearly stole everyone’s attention were breads — Sheermal and Rogani roti. While the former is slightly sweeter, the latter is a reminder of khasta kachori. The perfectly sweet Zafrani kheer is another hihglight of the lunch and dinner buffets.
