Missing Jogeshwari man found dead in Oshiwara nullah

At around 9 am Friday,residents of a society near Mega Mall in Oshiwara found a body floating in a nullah and called police control room. The information was relayed to Oshiwara police and a team rushed to the spot. The body was fished out and taken to Cooper hospital. Dilip and Pradip identified it in hospital.“The level of decomposition and bloating due to prolonged exposure to water makes it impossible to discern if there are any injuries on the body. We are awaiting post-mortem report to know the exact cause of the death. An accidental death report has been filed and we are conducting inquiries,” Rupawate said.
