Man caught indulging in obscene act with rooster arrested for sexually harassing neighbour’s minor son
The complainant said that his neighbour was unmarried and lived with his family.

A man, who was spotted indulging in an obscene act with a rooster in Borivali by his neighbour, was arrested on Wednesday for sexually harassing the latter’s minor son.
A complaint was filed by a 48-year-old man, who works as a makeup artist with a private company and lives in the Borivali West area along with his wife, 17-year-old daughter, and 10-year-old son.
According to the police complaint, on June 22, the complainant was at home as it was a Sunday. He went to the building’s terrace and from there, through the frosted glass window, spotted his neighbour living on the first floor.
The complainant said that his neighbour was unmarried and lived with his family. He kept roosters at home. On that day, the complainant spotted his neighbour allegedly kissing a rooster and then indulging in an obscene act.
“The complainant captured a video and later when he showed it to his wife, his son peeked over her shoulder and told them that the same ‘uncle’ used to show him porn videos on his phone a few years ago and threatened him not to tell anyone about it,” said sources in the police.
The complainant was shocked after discovering this, but he did not immediately lodge a complaint.
Later, when he shared the details of the incident with his friend, he was advised to file a police complaint. The complainant lodged a complaint on Tuesday, and Borivali police arrested the accused on Wednesday.
Police have charged the accused man under Section 351(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
