In the same courtroom where the anticipatory bail application of Arun Borude was to be heard,were other tainted cops such as Pradeep Sharma and Pradeep Suryavanshi. Charged with having faked encounters,they too had come for hearing of bail applications. However,Borude’s case took precedence. Judge M L Tahaliyani ordered that “Pradeep Sharma and company should leave the courtroom” and that other cases be adjourned to a future date.
