Cop thrashed by MLAs discharged from hospital

Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Suryawanshi,who was beaten up by a group of MLAs on Wesdneday,was discharged from Bombay Hospital on Saturday. Sagar Sakle,special officer on duty at Bombay Hospital,said,His condition is stable and he has been prescribed anti-inflammatory medicines and painkillers.

Kshitij Thakur,an MLA from the Bahujan Vikas Aghadi,had moved a breach of priviliage motion against Suryawanshi,alleging that he misbehaved with him after he paid the fine for speeding. A group of MLAs later beat up Suryawanshi in Vidhan Bhawan.
