Malhar Road,defaced with advertisements and posters on Saturday got

a new look. As many as 33 workers of ALL (ASSOCHAM Ladies League),students from BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School,volunteers from social group Ludhiana Cares along with area councillor Bhupinder Singh Binda painted the boundary walls and footpath of Malhar Road.

“We had decided the initiative in a meeting with Mayor Harcharan Singh Gohalwaria. He cooperated a lot and also assigned duties to A2Z garbage collection firm. Now after the makeover its the duty of the residents and councillor to maintain it,” said Harpreet Soni from ASSOCHAM.
