Wife,lover arrested for property dealers murder

The police today arrested Soni,wife of property dealer Pappu Rawat,and her lover Ziledar Nishad for murdering Rawat at his house in Madiaon area.

The police today arrested Soni,wife of property dealer Pappu Rawat,and her lover Ziledar Nishad for murdering Rawat at his house in Madiaon area.

Rawat was found with his throat slit on Wednesday and on the basis of Sonis complaint the police had filed a murder case against three unidentified persons. Soni had also claimed that the assailants had taken away Rs 30,000 from her house.

However,during interrogation today,Soni and Nishad confessed to the crime. According to the police,Nishad killed Rawat as he used to harass Soni for having an affair with him. The police also recovered from the house the weapon used by Nishad to kill Rawat.

According to the duos confession,Nishad,after killing Rawat,locked the door from outside to make the incident look like robbery,the police said.
