The Chief Minister returned from New Delhi today and made the officials aware about her decision to change the DGP, a source in the state government said.
Secretary (Information) Diwakar Tripathi, while confirming Karamvirs appointment as the new DGP,could not give any information about the new posting of the outgoing DGP,who was appointed to the post in July 2007. He has spent more than two years as the DGP.
