Sahara India mustered 234 runs losing nine wickets in the given 40 overs. Faisal Rais (54) and Kshitij Srivastava (42) were the main run-getters. Faisals 54 came off 56 balls which featured six boundaries and a six. Anoop Chaurasia,Manish Rai,Shubhanker Singh and Manjeet Singh took two wickets each.

In reply,LDACC was bowled out at a total of 132 runs in 33.1 overs. Rahul Rawat (48),Manjeet Singh (31) and Adi Singh (24) batted responsibly for the team. Dipendra Pandey took three wickets conceding 22 runs while Tariq Zafar and Manish Yadav claimed two wickets each.
