Nine IAS officers transferred

The state government transferred nine IAS officers,including the district magistrates of Lucknow,Kanpur and Muzaffarnagar,on Tuesday.

Lucknow DM Amit Kumar Ghosh has been made new divisional commissioner,Kanpur,while Kanpur Nagar DM Anil Kumar Sagar will now join as the new DM of Lucknow. Muzaffarnagar DM Amrit Abhijat has been asked to join as new DM of Kanpur Nagar while S K Yadav,additional Commissioner,NCR,Ghaziabad,has been made new DM of Muzaffarnagar.

L Venkateshwar Loo,divisional commissioner,Kanpur,has been asked to join as secretary,Fisheries department. Sushil Kumar,principal secretary,Minor Irrigation department,has been given additional charge of principal secretary,Silk department. Commissioner Sanjeev Kumar,Gram Vikash,has been given additional charge of commissioner,NREGS,UP. Jitendra Kumar,secretary,Secondary Education department,will henceforth also hold additional charge of director,National Secondary Education Mission,Lucknow. Ashok Kumar Verma,special secretary,Agricultural Production Commissioners office,has been made secretary,General Administration department.
