Man found with throat slit

A 20-year-old man was found dead with his throat slit in Dhoomanganj area of the city today.

The family members are suspecting that two accused wanted in the murder case of a person,whom the victim knew,may be behind the incident. According to the police,Dabloo,a resident of Haswara locality in Dhoomanganj,had left his house at 10 pm on Wednesday to take a stroll. However,he did not return till late. Efforts by Dabloo’s younger brother,Rahul,to contact him over phone proved futile,as his mobile phone was switched off.

At 8 am today,the police got the information that a body was lying in the bushes behind Kabir Temple in Neeva locality. It was later identified as that of Dabloo by his family members. Apart from deep stab wounds on the neck,there were no other injury marks on his body.
