In digital push, Agra Development Authority gets new ERP software

The Agra Development Authority (ADA) took an “important step” and has prepared enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that was inaugurated by Divisional Commissioner Ritu Maheshwari on Wednesday, officials said.
“This ERP provides information about allottees, tenants and plot layout etc and will provide important assistance in digitalisation and management to the authority,” said an official.
“The property section in Agra Development Authority and the allottees are facing the many difficulties and to solve the problems Agra Development Authority have prepared ERP software. This new ERP software has many features.
In this ERP software Integrated Property Management System (IPMS), Rented Property Management System (RMS), Integrated Financial Accounting Management System (IFAMS) with Income Challan Management System (ICMS) and Legal Cases Management system and e-auction is included and it is tightly connected to the accounting section and all related sections of Agra Development Authority,” said the official.
“As a result of tireless efforts of seven months, 19,340 properties of six main ongoing schemes have been digitized so far in the first phase,” the official added.
