“The trained officials will train registrars in urban areas which would include members of Nagar Panchayat,Nagar Nigams and cantonment boards. A nodal officer from each district hospital will also be trained,” said Dr A K Dhawan,Joint Director (birth and death registration),Health Directorate,UP.
