BJP regional meetings from Dec 10

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold regional meetings across the state from December 10 to 19.

These are among the first set of regional meetings being held after the formation of the new state executive committee. State BJP spokesperson Vijay Bahadur Pathak said the meetings will review preparations for the upcoming “Gaon Chalo” campaign scheduled for December and January and also discuss planning for regional campaigns. While the first meeting for the Braj region will be held in Kasganj on December 11,the meeting of the Kanpur region will be held the next day. Next,the meet for Kashi region will be held in Varanasi.

The meeting of the Gorakhpur region is scheduled for December 14,followed by Pashchim region meet in Meerut on December 15. The meetings will conclude in Lucknow on December 19,where the Awadh region office bearers will participate. Senior leaders,including state coordinators Narendra Tomar,Radhamohan Singh and Karuna Shukla,will participate in these meets to be presided over by state president Surya Pratap Shahi.
