A 12-year-old boy was injured in a crude bomb explosion in Gudamba police station area on Thursday evening.
The injured has been identified as Neeraj,son of Nandlal,a resident of Gudamba area. According to police the child had gone to graze his goats when he found a bomb lying in bushes.
Police suspect the bomb might have exploded when the boy moved it.
The bomb disposal squad which reached the spot recovered three more crude bombs of about 7 cm diameter in size.
SP Trans-Gomti Deepika Garg said the police are investigating how the bombs reached there.
Three more crude bombs were recovered after police carried out a search in the area. The bombs were later defused by a bomb disposal squad.
