Dinda to replace Kumar in BP XI

Bengal medium pacer Ashok Dinda has got a surprise call-up to the Board President’s XI team for their match against Australia that starts on September 25. Dinda,who was not in the original squad,will replace Karnataka seamer R Vinay Kumar. The latter is busy playing for the Bangalore Royal Challengers in the Champions League T20 in South Africa and won’t be available for the three-dayer against the Aussies. So,Dinda,who has already played for India in the ODIs,now has a chance to impress the selectors for the longer version. He will join the squad on Thursday.
