CPM will do better than in LS polls: Yechury

CPM politburo member Sitaram Yechuri today said his party would do better in the upcoming civic elections than it did in the Lok Sabha elections. Yechuri arrived in the city to campaign for the municipal poll scheduled to be held on May 30. “This time,we will do better than the Lok Sabha polls,” Yechuri said prior to attending a rally in North Kolkata. He said the Trinamool chief has been making provocative statements.
