A Gurgaon police spokesperson told The Indian Express that the police have reached out to the woman's family and friends to record their statements

The body of a 32-year-old Ugandan woman was found near IMT Chowk in Haryana’s Manesar on Sunday morning, said police. The body has been identified, officers added.
Police received a call around 6 am and were informed about a woman’s body found on the side lanes of the Delhi-Jaipur highway stretch at IMT Chowk.
According to the police, investigation is on to determine whether it was a case of an accident or not. ”We are probing the case from all possible angles,” officers said.
A Gurgaon police spokesperson told The Indian Express that the police have reached out to the woman’s family and friends to record their statements. “We reached out to the family and those who know her. Their statements are being recorded,” the officer said.
“Forensic and other teams were sent to the site. The body was sent for a post-mortem examination. Police are also scanning footage from CCTV cameras installed in the area,” officers added.
In a similar case, the Gurgaon police had in May recovered the body of an unidentified woman aged around 35 from an abandoned black suitcase near Shiv Nadar School on the Gurgaon-Faridabad road.
The police said that the body was found in an open area, a little away from the footpath, following a tip-off. Preliminary investigations had suggested that the body was brought from another location and dumped at the site.
