Three buses were gutted when a fire broke out in a vehicle parts shop on Friday. According to the police,the incident was reported from the shop behind the Timarpur police station around 6.40 am. Three chartered buses were at the shop when a heap of waste lying nearby caught fire. The flames spread and engulfed the vehicles. In another incident,a fire was reported on the 13th floor of the Chiranjiv Towers at Nehru Place at 12.30 pm. The flames were doused by security guards. In the third incident,a fire broke out in a factory in Moti Nagar area at 10.30 am Friday. Tenders were rushed to the spot and flames were doused by 1 pm. Short circuit was said to be the reason.
