Six held for stone pelting

Six persons were arrested on Saturday for allegedly throwing stones at passing cars in Vijaynagar,Ghaziabad.

Six persons were arrested on Saturday for allegedly throwing stones at passing cars in Vijaynagar,Ghaziabad. Police said two persons were injured by the stones that the group threw. “The incident took place around 2 am. All six men were drunk and celebrating the New Year. The injured are all stable. Four cars were vandalised and their windows shattered. Cases have been filed at the Vijaynagar police station,” a senior police officer said.
