Delhi saw candlelight vigils and prayer meetings on Wednesday as hundreds gathered to pay homage to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack.

You took away the law and order of Kashmir by making it a Union territory and removing Article 370. This is a failure of the government,” Bharadwaj said, adding that the attack was the result of an intelligence failure.
