Trust designer Nida Mahmood to add a dash of kitsch to everything she touches and now,the gentlemen’s game has caught her attention. Her latest line,in collaboration with sports brand Nike,is inspired by gully cricket — an ode to the narrow lanes or “gullies” where many Indian cricketers start their journey. Indian street imagery is splashed across Mahmood’s T-shirts,motifs such as a truck that says “Full Toss” and figures of batsmen amid vivid street colours like green, orange and yellow. “Even masters such as Sachin Tendulkar and the Pathan brothers started playing in the gully,” says the

designer. These T-shirts are a part of Team India’s kit. You will, however, have to pay up Rs 895 to flaunt the colours of Indian gullies.
