Phase-III work won’t affect public: DMRC

Construction of the upcoming Phase III of the Delhi Metro will not cause a lot of inconvenience to the public and take comparatively less time as it is being implemented on designs that recommend utilisation of the latest technology,the DMRC has said.

Construction of the upcoming Phase III of the Delhi Metro will not cause a lot of inconvenience to the public and take comparatively less time as it is being implemented on designs that recommend utilisation of the latest technology,the DMRC has said.

The use of 25-metre-long girders on new elevated viaducts is expected to expedite work on difficult stretches. “We successfully constructed the Airport Express Line with these girders,” said DMRC.
