Pay property taxes on or before June 30, get 10% rebate, announces NDMC
The taxpayers have also been given an option to use the online mode for payments.

A rebate of 10% has been announced for those who pay taxes for properties under the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) jurisdiction by June 30. The rebate is also available on the service charge for government properties, said the civic body.
The taxpayers have also been given an option to use the online mode for payments.
In a statement on Wednesday, the NDMC advised the taxpayers to avoid the “last hour rush”. Earlier in April, a public notice was released as required under Section 70 of the NDMC Act, 1994, ‘to inform the taxpayers that the assessment list for all lands and buildings within the NDMC jurisdiction has been duly prepared.’
“Under Section 70 of the NDMC Act, 1994, the assessment list for all lands and buildings within the NDMC jurisdiction has been duly prepared and authenticated. This follows the public notice released on April 16,” read the statement.
“The assessment list is also available on the NDMC website http://www.ndmc.gov.in. The taxpayers concerned may log in by using their user ID and password to view details of the property owned,” it added.
The statement further underlined, “Timely compliance will not only ensure rebate benefits but also support NDMC’s ongoing mission to build it a smart, clean, and modern city at par with the international standards as a benchmark capital city.”
