Police are planning to serve notice on four persons, including the AAP leader from Agra, for ‘harbouring’ Bharti.

Somnath Bharti wore disguise and hid at three places in Agra and Mathura with the help of a local AAP leader, police sources said Monday.

Minutes before Delhi High Court dismissed Bharti’s anticipatory bail plea, he left home and police were unable to find him. Sources said the police traced Bharti’s movement in Uttam Nagar, but he left in a car for Khajuri Khas. The Agra AAP leader and his associates then picked up Bharti from a point on Yamuna Expressway, the sources added.

The Agra AAP leader kept taking Bharti to houses of different relatives, said a source, adding that Bharti took to wearing a cap and sunglasses, apparently as disguise.
