Man dies of electrocution

A 30-Year-Old man died of electrocution on Friday morning after rainwater flooded his house in Timarpur,North Delhi. A case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder has been registered.

According to police,Raj Kishore was at his house in Indra Basti when the incident occurred around 9 am. “A wire had fallen due to the rain. When water entered Kishore’s house,he was electrocuted. Though he was taken to the Hindu Rao hospital,doctors declared him dead on arrival,” a police officer said.

Kishore,who hailed from West Bengal,ran a grocery store in the area. He is survived by his wife and child.
