Major bureaucratic reshuffle in Delhi, 23 bureaucrats transferred and posted

Dr Dilraj Kaur, Principal Secretary (General Administration Department) and holding additional charge of Principal Secretary (Social Welfare) and Principal Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare), has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (Social Welfare) with additional charge of Principal Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare).

Vikas Anand, Secretary to the Chief Minister, will now also hold an additional charge of Secretary (Information and Publicity).

Shurbir Singh, Secretary (Power) holding additional charge of Secretary (Finance), has been transferred and posted as Secretary (Finance) with additional charge of Secretary (GAD) and Secretary (Power).

Delhi Transport Corporation Managing Director, Prince Dhawan, who was holding the additional charge of Special Commissioner (Transport), has been given additional charge of Special Secretary (IT) and ED (GSDL).

DM Central Sudhakar has been given additional charge of MD (Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corporation).

IAS officer Shri Pankaj Kumar, currently Controller of Weights and Measures and holding additional charge of Deputy Commissioner (HQs), will now also hold the additional charge of Special Secretary (National Capital Region).

Special Secretary (Health) Tapasya Raghav, who was also holding additional charge of Project Director (CATS), has been given additional charge of State Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

Anjali Sehrawat, Director (Social Welfare) holding an additional charge of Member Secretary (Delhi Commission for Women) has been transferred and posted as Director (Higher Education) & Director (Training and Technical Education).

Special Commissioner (Trade & Taxes) Sachin Rana has been given additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (DTL/IPGCL/PPCL).

Dr Kinny Singh, Special Secretary (Health), will now also hold additional charge of Secretary (Public Grievance Commission) and Project Director (Delhi State AIDS Control Society).

Special Commissioner (Trade & Taxes) Suneel Anchipaka has also been given additional charge of Special Secretary (Tourism).

Sandeep Kumar Mishra, Member Secretary (Delhi Pollution Control Committee), shall also hold an additional charge of Special Secretary (Environment & Forests).

DCCWS General Manager Kumar Abhishek has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner/DM (North), Revenue Department.

DM North Yash Chaudhary has been transferred and posted as Director (Social Welfare). Sravan Bagaria, Special Secretary (Environment & Forests), holding additional charge of Special Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner/DM (South-East), Revenue Department.

DANICS officer Prashant Kumar has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary (Public Grievances Cell) in the Chief Minister’s Office.

Another senior DANICS officer, Ravinder Kumar, posted as Deputy Secretary (Finance), has been transferred to the Delhi Jal Board.

DANICS officers Puneet Kumar Patel and Ramesh Kumar, who were awaiting posting, have been posted as Additional Secretary (Urban Development) and Deputy Secretary, Home, respectively.

Further, Dr Nidhi Sarohe, DANICS officer of the 2014 batch, has been posted as Secretary (Public Grievances Cell) in the Chief Minister’s Office.
