The FIR dated August 1 has been filed on the complaint of Tekchand, a process server at the Nuh district court, who said that the judge, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Anjali Jain, her daughter, a gunman and he were returning from the SHKM Medical College in Nalhar when a mob of 100-150 people began pelting stones.
The judge’s vehicle was attacked and the group of four tried to save their lives by hiding in a workshop at the bus stand, the FIR states.

“We were in a Volkswagen Polo, which is in the name of ACJM Anjali Jain, and were bringing medicines from SHKM Medical College, Nalhar at 2 pm. When we reached Bandhan Bank, near the Old Bus Stand on Delhi-Alwar Road, a crowd of 100-150 people gathered there. They started pelting stones and carrying out arson. One of the stones came flying from behind and broke the glass… firing also began. All of us had to hide in a workshop at the Old Bus Stand to save our lives. Later, we were saved by some lawyers. When we went to the spot the next day, we found that the vehicle was completely burnt,” it states.
The FIR has been filed under IPC sections that include rioting and attempted murder, and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
Another FIR talks of the attack on the two home guards who were killed, and police officers.
Ordered to go to Nuh to help quell the violence, the bus with police personnel and two home guards from Gurgaon’s Kherki Daula was waylaid by a mob when they reached Anaj Mandi near Cyber police station in Nuh.

The FIR registered under sections including murder, narrates how the two home guards — Neeraj and Gursev — were killed.
According to the complainant, Inspector Ajay Kumar, he received orders to proceed to Nuh with his team comprising SI Devendra, PSI Arun, HC Shera, Constable Pawan Kumar, home guards Neeraj and Gursev. Other teams, including those from Manesar, Bilaspur and Manesar’s QRT team, were present on the bus and in other vehicles.
“When our vehicle reached Anaj Mandi Gate near Cyber Police Station Nuh, a large number of people appeared on the road with deadly weapons. They threw stones on the road and blocked our way and started pelting stones. As stones rained, it hit all police personnel and the glasses of the vehicles were broken. My vehicle overturned after hitting the stones and we were thrashed with stones, sticks, and iron rods. Mobile phones and wallets of the police personnel were snatched. In an act of self-defence, a personnel in the police party fired in the air and somehow saved the lives of the police personnel,” the Inspector stated.
Those injured were sent to hospital. Six personnel, including Neeraj and Gursev, were severely injured. While Gursev was admitted to Sohna general hospital, the complainant and others were admitted to a private hospital in Gurgaon.

An FIR under IPC sections including murder, rioting, attempted murder and criminal conspiracy, and relevant sections of the Arms Act was registered.
In yet another FIR lodged in Nuh, the complainant, who was sent to the area as a duty magistrate during the yatra by Hindu groups, gave an account of how 35-40 yatris sought shelter in a temple.
Abid Hussain, a sub-divisional engineer posted as duty magistrate, said that 35-40 people were stuck at the temple with no means to step out. He stated in the complaint that 700-800 people of a community were pelting stones and using illegal weapons against yatris and police administration on Monday.
He said the mob was setting private and government vehicles on fire. “It was informed that about 700-800 unknown people were going around in the area. Around 35-40 people were trapped at the mandir in ward 9 and have been kept locked. They were not allowed to leave by 400-500 people. When we reached the temple, they started to attack with sticks, stones and illegal weapons and started to fire with an intention to kill us,” he stated.

“On my orders, police station City Nuh SHO, with the help of his police force, used police force on the furious crowd, after which they ran away, scattering from the area with their weapons so we could free the passengers stuck in the temple…They attacked me as well as the police force with bricks, stones, sticks and illegal weapons,” he said. The FIR was registered under IPC sections that included rioting, attempted murder, wrongful confinement and provisions of the Arms Act.
