Team India coach Gautam Gambhir received death threats on Pahalgam terror attack day, says Delhi police
Gautam Gambhir Death Threat News: The Delhi Police said both the emails had the words "I kill you".

Gautam Gambhir, the head coach of the Indian cricket team, allegedly received death threats via two emails on April 22, the same day when terrorists opened fire on tourists in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. Both emails had the words “I kill you”, the Delhi Police said.
After Gambhir’s secretary filed a police complaint, an FIR was lodged against unknown persons at Rajinder Nagar police station.
“We have been informed about an alleged threat mail received on an email ID associated with Gautam Gambhir,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) Harsha Vardhan.
The first email threat to Gambhir, a former BJP MP, was sent at 2.07 pm on April 22 from the email ID, jigneshsinhsodhaparmar14@gmail.com, while the second email was received at 7.09 pm from an ID named chandressodha3@gmail.com.
“Gautam Gambhir is already a Delhi Police protectee, and we do not comment on specific security arrangements,” DCP Vardhan said.
