Bhardwaj further said that there were Koreans in the building, but none were injured. A fire broke out in a building in Gurgaon’s Sector 29 on Thursday, officers said, adding that no one sustained injuries.
According to officials, an information was received at the control centre in Sector 29 around 3 pm on Thursday that a fire had broken out at plot number 90, Sector 28, near the Haryana Janpratinidhi (MLA) society, and some people were trapped.
“Immediately, two fire department vehicles rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire both in the front and behind the building,” said Nitish Bhardwaj, control room officer in the team. “All seven individuals who were trapped in the building were safely evacuated. The fire was on the ground floor of the building, with people stuck on the first floor, second floor, and the roof. The fire has been completely extinguished, and no casualties occurred,” he added.
Bhardwaj further said that there were Koreans in the building, but none were injured. Fire was suspected to have caused from a short circuit.
