The Delhi Police has detained a French national in connection with the alleged attack on a US citizen in South Delhis Greater Kailash I area on May 21. The victim,Barry Bhangu,45,is the CEO of a California-based software company. He was reportedly attacked by a group of inebriated persons in front of Swagath restaurant. The police had filed a complaint three days later. We have detained a person of French origin. He is cooperating with the investigation, said a senior police officer on condition of anonymity.
