Delhi’s odd-even rule, LIVE updates: Metro functioning smoothly, says DMRC head

The Delhi government worked through the weekend to try and anticipate all problems and prepare contingencies. Over two days, the traffic police and enforcement teams booked 567 errant cars and 348 autos for refusing to ply.
