A 26-year-old man was run over by a speeding truck in northeast Delhi,the police said on Wednesday.The incident took place in Shastri Park on Tuesday evening and the victim has been identified as Ravi Kumar. The truck rammed into Kumars motorcycle while he was travelling with his cousins Malti and Shalu. The driver of the vehicle,identified as Munesh,has been arrested.
