Senior police officials rushed to the spot and are collecting the evidence from the school.
In January, some unidentified groups had vandalised a church in Vasant Kunj which triggered protests by people belonging to the Christian community.
Meanwhile Prime Minister Narendra Modi summoned Delhi Police commissioner B S Bassi following vandalisation of a Christian school.
Prime Minister directed Bassi to come down hard on those involved in the incident.
