CBSE Class XII results today

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the results of Class XII at 10 am on Monday.

The CBSE has made special arrangement for quick access to the results by students as well as schools, said an official of the CBSE. Results will be available on the Internet,through IVRS and SMS.

The Board will also begin post-result counselling on Monday. This is the second phase of counselling and it will continue till June 6. Students can dial 1800 11 7002 to access the helpline.

Earlier,the Board was expected to release the Class X results first,but sources said the CBSE had asked schools to send in the CCE evaluations and most government schools did it in an incorrect manner.

The CBSE had asked schools to send the data (comprising classes IX and X grades). But many government schools have not been able to upload the data correctly on the CBSE website,so they have to go through the process again, a source said.

Ameeta Wattal,principal of Springdales,said,It is no use waiting for the Class X results. We conducted the exam in the school.
