Want to buy a DDA flat in Vasant Kunj or Dwarka? Here’s a housing scheme for you
Under the Premium Housing Scheme 2025, the Delhi Development Authority is offering flats at prime locations like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, and Ashoka Pahari.

City residents will be able to buy premium Delhi Development Authority (DDA) flats in highly sought-after localities in August after the DDA announced the launch of its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 last week following a meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena.
Under the scheme, DDA is offering 39 High-Income Group (HIG) flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B), and Dwarka (Sector 19B), 48 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka, and Pitampura, and 22 Low-Income Group (LIG) flats in Rohini.
In addition, 66 flats under the Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS) category are located in Pocket 9, Nasirpur, Dwarka, while two Self-Financing Scheme (SFS) category-II flats will be offered in Sector 18, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh. The scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar, offering comprehensive options for both housing and parking in some of Delhi’s most prominent localities, according to a DDA official. The flats can be purchased through an e-auction.
HIG flats have a reserved price ranging from Rs 1.64 crore to Rs 2.54 crore, while MIG flats are priced from Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore, according to a DDA official. LIG flats come with reserved prices ranging from Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. The SFS category-II flats are expected to be priced between Rs 90 lakh and Rs 1.07 crore. EHS flats are priced at Rs 38.7 lakh. The car/scooter garages have reserved prices between Rs 3.17 lakh and Rs 43 lakh, depending on the type and location.
A DDA official said that this scheme is yet another significant step in the authority’s efforts to transform Delhi into a world-class city equipped with high-quality urban infrastructure, inclusive housing options, and a well-balanced environment.
This is the fourth housing scheme launched by DDA this year. The last one was the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, launched in May 2025, under which 7,500 flats came up for sale at Narela, Loknayak Puram, and Siraspur. The DDA offered a discount ranging from 15-25 per cent on these flats and made them open for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The authority also approved a discount scheme for bulk purchase of flats by central and state government departments, organisations, undertakings, autonomous bodies, and government universities. “As per the approval, government agencies and universities purchasing a minimum of 10 flats will be eligible for the same discount currently offered to the general public under DDA’s Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, i.e. 25% on LIG flats and 15% on MIG, HIG, and EWS flats in Narela,” a statement from the agency said.
This discount scheme for government organisations comes in the aftermath of DDA receiving a lukewarm response to its schemes launched at the beginning of the year – Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana and Shramik Awaas Yojana – offering flats for purchase at heavily discounted prices in Narela to construction workers, autorickshaw drivers, and street vendors, among others.
