Bol Archie Bol

In an attempt to increase their sales in India,Archie and his friends will be seen visiting Mumbai to star in a Bollywood movie directed by Raj Patel,their Indo-American friend. Titled Love Me Baby,Mumbai,the comics will be published in India by Delhi’s Variety Book Depot. “We will publish the two books in four parts,” says Om Arora,the owner. “They will be available in English,Hindi and Malayalam,and will soon be available in other regional languages.”

The series will see Betty and Veronica adorn a variety of saris and lehengas. Archie will be seen in a kurta-pyjama,seducing girls with a rendition of Aankhon Ki Ghustakiyan from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam among other tracks. The gang will also visit various sights of Mumbai,giving Jughead a chance to pig out on Indian food for a change.
