Delhi fast bowler Parvinder Awana delivered a telling performance to remind the selectors of his abilities ahead of the coming domestic season. Awana picked up two wickets in a four over spell conceeding 14 runs to pick up the Man of the Match award and help ONGC to a five-wicket win over RP Academy in the DVR T20 Cup at the St Stephens College.
Responding to a modest 133,ONGC skipper Sandeep Sharma scored 61 and UPs Tanmay Srivastava chipped with 39 to finish the game. Haryana all-rounder Sachin Rana alone scored 41 and picked three wickets for RP Academy. In other match,an unbeaten 68 from 36 balls by Rahul Tewatia helped Hari Singh Cricket Academy (GBD) beat Malik Sports by 4 wickets.
