Gurgaon: A farm house caretaker was found murdered on Saturday night in Bhondsi area. The victim Sachin Kumar Jha (40),from Bihar,was living in Mayuri farmhouse since 1987. The victim’s family has alleged the involvement of the owner in the murder. However,police denied such involvement and arrested two accused Sudershan and Shanker who allegedly killed Jha,police said

Phool Walon ki Sair celebrations held

New Delhi: ‘Phool Walon ki Sair’,a festival of communal harmony,celebrated by Hindus and Muslims will be held from November 3,4 and 5. 6th Indian Robot Olympiad held

NOIDA: The final chapter of the sixth edition of Indian Robot Olympiad was held at Genesis Global School,Noida on Saturday (other chapters were held in Mumbai,Chennai and Bangalore). Over 200 students participated in three categories. The winners will get a chance to participate in the 2011 World Robot Olympiad at Abu Dhabi in UAE (November 18-20).

Man lynched for stealing buffaloes

Noida: A suspected thief was lynched by villagers for stealing buffaloes at Surajpur area. Angry villagers nabbed one of the thieves and beat him to death while the other two managed to escape. The victim has not been identified so far,police said.
