A 26-year-old woman working with a private insurance company has accused two of her colleagues of attempting to molest her.

26-yr-old ‘molested’
NEW DELHI: A 26-year-old woman working with a private insurance company has accused two of her colleagues of attempting to molest her. The accused have been identified as Rajender and Balvinder. The woman alleged Rajender called her inside his cabin and tried to molest her. “She said Rajnder demanded sexual favour. When she resisted,Balvinder intervened and asked her to keep quiet,” a police official said. Rajender has been arrested,while Balvinder will be arrested soon,the police official added.

3 injured in accident
NOIDA: Three people,including a South Korean diplomat,were injured when their car turned turtle and collided with a motorcycle on the Greater Noida Expressway on Saturday. Police identified the injured as Choi Yiyr,secretary,Embassy of South Korea; Chung,a Samsung employee,and Vijay Singh,the driver of the car. The car overturned after one of the tyres burst. The three were rushed to hospital; their condition is stable,doctors said.

Meters by March 31
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has extended the deadline to install new water meters or replace faulty ones to March 31. For commercial or industrial consumers,an extension has been denied and the deadline continues to be January 31.

Man held with shells
New Delhi: A 50-year-old man allegedly trading in prohibited conch shells and sea shells was arrested and over 20,000 articles made of 12 rare and endangered marine species were seized from him. Yogender Shukla,a resident of Rohini Sector-14,was caught on Friday from Punjabi Basti in Subzi Mandi,North Delhi.
