4 arrested for killing minor

A fight over “dominance in locality” led to the death of a 17-year-old youth in Chanakyapuri on New Year’s eve. Police have arrested four persons in connection with the case. The fight occurred between two groups from neighbouring localities of Sanjay Camp and Vivekananda Camp. “The groups often fought to assert power over the area,” a police officer said.
