Capt releases a list of 51 and asks Sukhbir to match up. Some more? Captain ridicules new sand mining policy as an attempt to continue monopoly of the sand mafia. Local Government and Industries Minister Tikshan Sud soon diagnosed it as symptom of hallucination and panic in the Congress president. Things can only get further heated up from here.
