Two more patients test positive for swine flu

Two more patients have tested positive for swine flu at PGI on Sunday.

Two more patients have tested positive for swine flu at PGI on Sunday. Both the cases are scattered cases and belong to Samana near Patiala and Ambala. According to IDSP officials,there were 12 cases tested at PGI on Sunday out of which six were tested positive. Two of these six patients have been admitted at local hospitals and the other four belong to Gurgaon.

Also a female patient aged 50 years,resident of Ambala has been tested positive for Swine flu and is under treatment at a hospital in Mohali.

All the family members and other relative of the victims have been administered the dosage of Tamiflu medicine as preventive measures. The patients have been quarantined. No fresh case from Chandigarh city has been detected on Sunday.
