At least 24 students and a teacher of a private school at Nangal town in Punjab felt breathlessness on Tuesday due to suspected gas leak from a factory.

The Ropar Deputy Commissioner, Dr Preeti Yadav, constituted a committee to probe the incident.

She said that the students of Saint Soldier School at Nangal felt breathlessness, following which they were rushed to hospital.
