Paramjit then approached the CBI. According to Special Public Prosecutor CBI Pawan Dogra,Paramjit handed over the final installment of the bribe to Kaka which had marked currency and the constable was nabbed by the CBI at the office of the Woman and Child Support Unit.
All the evidences as well as statements of shadow witnesses and independent witnesses worked in our favour as it was a clear cut case of bribe, said Dogra.
